The shared classroom is a learning space that encourages students to work by groups, discuss and propose ideas. It is a space where students develop collaborative and critical thinking skills. Furthermore, a student can work individually at his/her own pace to achieve his/her learning goals . In the shared classroom students are able to visualize the vocabulary they are studying in order to practice language skills and concepts. They also have time for a more personalized learning experience. The main goal of the shared classroom teacher is to foster students to do their best in their learning process and to support and guide students according to their needs. During this week, students worked on the project “My School Supplies Container †using recycled materials. Students successfully designed and decorated their container while they were learning about their school supplies and their use.
