The Parent Council is a participation body for the parents of the school, aimed at ensuring the ongoing involvement of parents in improving the educational process and enhancing the quality of associated services.
We extend our heartfelt thanks to the Parent Council 2022-23 for all their hard work and commitment, as well as the beautiful ‘Rochi’ they donated for the school’s Shared Bread program, led by Rochester School Foundation (FER). We deeply appreciate their kindness.
We are proud to announce that our Parent Council 2023-24 has been officially installed! We feel very happy and eager to work hand in hand with the representatives from each grade. We wish the best to all our parent representatives: Nathalie Piedrahita (PreK), Ivonne Aranguren (K), Vanessa Borrero (First), Alejandra Rozo (Second), Lisbeth Coromoto (Third), Mónica Trujillo (Fourth), Guiovanna Cifuentes (Fifth), Johana Baquero (Sixth), Mónica Álvarez (Seventh), Alexandra Melo (Eighth), Gloria Tobón (Ninth), Pilar Cubillos (Tenth), Carla García (Eleventh) and Vivián Hernández (Twelfth).
After the elections held within the Parent Council, we would like to congratulate Alexandra Melo, elected as President and Vanessa Borrero as Vicepresident. Congrats!!! Alexandra will represent the parents in the School’s Community Council and the Code of Ethics Committee.
In addition, since AsoPadres is currently inactive, Johana Baquero was elected as the principal representative and Guiovanna Cifuentes as the deputy, in the School’s Community Council, as parents’ representatives.

El Consejo de Padres de Familia es un órgano de participación de los padres de familia del Colegio Rochester destinado a asegurar la continua participación de los padres en el mejoramiento del proceso educativo y a mejorar los resultados de calidad de los servicios asociados.

Además y dado que AsoPadres está actualmente inactivo, Johana Baquero fue elegida como la representante principal y Guiovanna Cifuentes como suplente, en el Consejo Directivo, como representantes de los padres de familia.
