Human dignity was a theme that we worked on with Sixth Graders. In the first part, we searched for information on the origin and development of Human Dignity at a universal level. Once the general meaning was identified, we focused on our daily context. Secondly, students reflected in cooperative learning groups on how human dignity is lived in everyday spaces such as home and school.
Finally, the students Jerónimo Bahamón and Antonio Acero from Sixth Grade A shared an info-news where they made a very interesting reflection on human dignity and the golden rule.
Dignidad Humana y vida cotidiana
La dignidad humana fue un tema que trabajamos con el grado sexto; en primer lugar se buscó información sobre el origen, desarrollo de Dignidad Humana a nivel universal. Una vez identificado el sentido general, descendemos a nuestro contexto cotidiano. En segundo lugar, los estudiantes en equipos de trabajo cooperativo realizan una reflexión sobre cómo se vive la dignidad humana desde espacios cotidianos como el hogar, el colegio.
