Dear Community:<\/span><\/p>\n

We want to link the virtue of the month, <\/span>Systems Citizens,<\/b> with an issue we feel worried about. We have seen with sadness that the cleanliness of our facilities is well below our expected image as an educational institution. We invite you to reflect on the following list of questions.\u00c2\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. How can I contribute so that our everyday spaces remain clean?<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. How do I affect <\/span>others<\/b> when I don’t pick up my waste, glasses, plates and napkins?<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. How is the school <\/span>context<\/b> affected when I do not act systemically towards the expected cleaning?<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Is it part of my belief that the people from maintenance are responsible for the cleaning, instead of feeling part of this responsibility?<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Additionally, a question for the adults: What is our role regarding the cleaningness of the school and how is this part of the sustainability we want to model? Think of your desired image of our school. We are sure that we can do much better!<\/span><\/p>\n

    Below you can find an image and a description of the Baseball Metaphor, by Lynn Sumida, so you can share it with family, as one of the fundamental tools of self-evaluation we use in our school: Me, Ohers, Context.\u00c2\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

    Thank you for your help, collaboration and sensitivity towards this issue of environmental sustainability. Let’s act together as Systems Citizens!<\/span><\/p>\n

    Queremos vincular la virtud del mes, Ciudadanos Sist\u00e9micos, con un problema con el cual nos sentimos preocupados. Hemos visto con tristeza que la limpieza de nuestras instalaciones est\u00c3\u00a1 muy por debajo de nuestra imagen esperada como instituci\u00c3\u00b3n educativa. Lo invitamos a reflexionar sobre la siguiente lista de preguntas.<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n

    1. \u00c2\u00bfC\u00c3\u00b3mo puedo aportar<\/span> yo<\/b> a que los espacios que uso a diario en el Colegio permanezcan limpios?<\/span><\/li>\n
    2. \u00c2\u00bfDe qu\u00e9 manera afecto a <\/span>otros<\/b> cuando no recojo mis residuos, platos, vasos y servilletas?<\/span><\/li>\n
    3. \u00c2\u00bfC\u00c3\u00b3mo afecto al <\/span>contexto<\/b> escolar cuando no act\u00c3\u00bao de manera sist\u00e9mica frente al aseo y la limpieza esperada?<\/span><\/li>\n
    4. \u00c2\u00bfEn mis creencias est\u00c3\u00a1 que el personal de Infraestructura es el responsable de la limpieza y el aseo del Colegio, en vez de sentirme parte de dicha responsabilidad?<\/span>\u00c2\u00a0<\/span><\/i><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Adicionalmente, una pregunta para los adultos: \u00c2\u00bfCu\u00c3\u00a1l es nuestro rol frente al aseo y la limpieza del colegio y c\u00c3\u00b3mo esto es parte de la sostenibilidad que queremos modelar? Piensen en la imagen deseada que tienen de nuestro Colegio. \u00c2\u00a1Estamos seguros de que podemos hacerlo mucho mejor!\u00c2\u00a0 <\/span><\/i>
