Third-grade students had the opportunity to read about a special place in Kenya, where people are taking care and protecting elephant orphans.  In the first activity, students read individually the book \u00e2\u20ac\u0153Caring for Elephant Orphans\u00e2\u20ac to recognize and improve their pronunciation; then they worked with a partner and answered reading comprehension questions. Students reflected on the importance to implement caring actions to protect endangered species, take care of their habitat, and preserve the environment.  Let&#8217;s hear Juan Felipe Abondano and Mathias Bravo reading aloud the book \u00e2\u20ac\u0153 Caring for Elephant Orphans\u00e2\u20ac.
