On Thursday, October 20, we started the pedagogical trips for Lower Primary.<\/p>\n

Third Grade Students<\/strong><\/p>\n

Third Grade students had their first two-day camp in Guatativa.<\/p>\n

The children strengthened their teamwork skills and environmental abilities. During the camp, they set up their tents, went on a walk focused on the proper management of natural resources, and, learned strategies to reduce their carbon footprint.
They got to know the town of Guatavita with a fun scavenger hunt and learned about the culture, geography, and characteristics of the region.<\/p>\n

Los estudiantes de Segundo Grado tuvieron su primer campamento de dos d\u00eda en Guatativa.<\/em><\/p>\n

Los ni\u00f1os afianzaron sus habilidades de trabajo en equipo. Durante el campamento armaron sus carpas, hicieron una caminata enfocada en el manejo apropiado de recursos naturales y estrategias para disminuir la huella de carbono.<\/em><\/p>\n

Conocieron el pueblo de Guatavita con una divertida carrera de observaci\u00f3n y aprendieron sobre la cultura, geograf\u00eda y caracter\u00edsticas de la regi\u00f3n.<\/em><\/p>\n

Second Grade Students<\/strong><\/p>\n

Second Grade students had the opportunity to visit Matarredonda Park, where they learned about the \u201cEl Verj\u00f3n\u201d moorland ecosystem, and its importance for the water supply in Bogot\u00e1. The children went on walks where they carried out indigenous activities.
It was an excellent opportunity to connect the curriculum with real-life situations.<\/p>\n

Los estudiantes de Primer Grado tuvieron la oportunidad de visitar el parque Matarredonda, en donde conocieron el ecosistema del p\u00e1ramo del Verj\u00f3n y su importancia para el agua de Bogot\u00e1. Los ni\u00f1os hicieron caminatas en donde realizaron actividades ind\u00edgenas.<\/em><\/p>\n

Fue una excelente oportunidad para conectar el curr\u00edculo con la vida real.<\/em><\/p>\n

First Grade Students<\/strong><\/p>\n

First Grade students\u00a0 went on an outing to Multiparque BIma, with the aim of working on integration activities taking into account the virtues of the school.<\/p>\n

The children played challenging games in basic teams, strengthened their gross motor skills, and had fun visiting the farm.<\/p>\n

Los estudiantes de Transici\u00f3n realizaron una salida al Multiparque BIma, con el objetivo de trabajar en actividades de integraci\u00f3n teniendo en cuenta las virtudes del colegio.<\/em><\/p>\n

Los ni\u00f1os hicieron juegos de retos en equipos base, afianzaron sus habilidades motrices gruesas y se diviertieron con la visita a la granja.<\/em><\/p>\n
