Last Wednesday, May 24, the Senior Boys’ Volleyball team of our
Rochesterian community left an indelible mark in the ASOCOLDEP
tournament by playing a vibrant third place match against Abraham Lincoln
School at the Nueva Inglaterra School coliseum. We would like to
congratulate each of the players for their achievements. Their dedication and
effort have left the name of our community on a high stand!<\/p>\n
Volleyball, as a sports discipline, offers countless benefits for children and
young people who practice it. In addition to being a fun recreational activity,
volleyball provides players with a series of physical and emotional advantages
that contribute to their integral development.<\/p>\n
We congratulate the players for their outstanding performance and consider
them a true source of pride for our community. We also want to make a special
recognition to their coach Cristian Cano Perilla, who with his work and
teachings was fundamental in achieving the results obtained. Finally, we would
like to thank the unconditional support of parents and community members who
supported our students in their role as volleyball athletes. Without their
encouragement and support, these achievements would not have been
possible. We deeply appreciate their dedication and commitment to the integral
development of our youth.<\/p>\n
As a community, we must continue to support and promote the practice of
volleyball and other sports in our children and youth. Their participation in these
activities provides them with the opportunity to grow, develop and become
healthier, more confident and resilient individuals.<\/p>\n
Congratulations to the volleyball team, their coach, their Director and
everyone involved in this successful tournament! Let’s continue to build an
environment that promotes sports and celebrates the achievements of our
young athletes.<\/p>\n
