In that order of ideas, students\u2019 needs and interests are taken into account with the purpose of cultivating stronger student-teacher relationships.<\/p>\n<p>As a result, students have a say in the classroom, and following Jonathan Erwin\u2019s ideas, they participate in developing the classroom rules.<\/p>\n<p>During the first month, students engage in creating a grade-level constitution, which outlines the \u201cshared vision of a quality classroom&#8221;, by completing, in general terms, the following steps:<\/p>\n<p>Identify the Behaviors and Attitudes.<br \/> Create a Living Space.<br \/> Create Symbols.<br \/> Placing the Symbols in the Living Space.<br \/> Group Presentations.<br \/> The Whole Class Living Space.<br \/> Give to Get.<br \/> Get a Commitment.<br \/> Keep it Alive.<\/p>\n<p> As an example, we present the class constitutions for Preschool, Lower Elementary, Middle School and High School levels.<\/p>\n<p>Together, we strive to foster meaningful and colegio de la Teor\u00eda de la Elecci\u00f3n, damos prioridad a las relaciones.
