The Rochester Educational Foundation<\/b> wishes to share with the entire community the joy of having been able to restart the Fusca Bilingualism project, thanks to your solidarity in this initiative, so that this year the 8 children of the Official Educational Institution Fusca who had not finished the program, will be certified with the Toefl Primary standardized test. This initiative touches us deeply at FER and it is a source of great joy to be able to offer again this important service to the students of Fusca.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/picture><\/figure>\n

English for Fusca<\/i><\/b> is an institutional bilingualism project, which proposes that students from vulnerable families of official institutions, learn English in a 4-year program, to communicate appropriately in this language, in various situations of everyday life. This project is a way of approaching the community, an opportunity to improve the standard of living of the children who participate therein, and therefore, an improvement in the standard of living of the family nucleus, thus complying with one of the Sustainable Development Goals proposed by the UN (2015): “Goal 4: Ensure inclusive and equitable quality education and promote lifelong learning opportunities for all”.<\/p>\n

Finally, the opportunity to study English at Rochester School, taking advantage of all its facilities and services, represents for Fusca students a wonderful experience, a challenge that requires time, commitment and effort to learn, which for the Rochester Educational Foundation<\/b> is an opportunity to contribute in a structured way to improving the quality of education and narrowing the inequality gap.<\/p>\n

Ingl\u00e9s para Fusca\u00a0
Un proyecto de biling\u00fcismo para la comunidad<\/b><\/p>\n

La Fundaci\u00f3n Educativa Rochester<\/b> desea compartir con toda la comunidad la alegr\u00eda de haber podido reiniciar el proyecto de Biling\u00fcismo de Fusca, gracias a su solidaridad en esta iniciativa, de modo que este a\u00f1o los 8 ni\u00f1os de la Instituci\u00f3n Educativa Oficial Fusca que faltaban por terminar el curso, lograr\u00e1n certificarse con la prueba estandarizada Toefl Primary<\/b>. Esta iniciativa nos toca de manera profunda en la FER y es motivo de gran alegr\u00eda poder volver a ofrecer este servicio tan importante para los estudiantes de Fusca.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Ingl\u00e9s para Fusca<\/i><\/b> es un proyecto institucional de biling\u00fcismo, el cual propone que estudiantes de familias vulnerables de instituciones oficiales, aprendan ingl\u00e9s en un programa de 4 a\u00f1os, y se puedan comunicar apropiadamente en esta lengua, en diversas situaciones de la vida cotidiana. Este proyecto es una forma de acercamiento a la comunidad, una oportunidad para el mejoramiento de la calidad de vida de los ni\u00f1os que en \u00e9l participan, y por ende, un mejoramiento en la calidad de vida del n\u00facleo familiar, lo cual da cumplimiento con uno de los objetivos de desarrollo sostenible propuesto por la ONU (2015): \u201cObjetivo 4: Garantizar una educaci\u00f3n inclusiva, equitativa y de calidad y promover oportunidades de aprendizaje durante toda la vida para todos\u201d.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Por \u00faltimo, la oportunidad de poder estudiar ingl\u00e9s en el Colegio Rochester, aprovechando todas sus instalaciones y servicios, representa para los estudiantes de Fusca una maravillosa experiencia, un reto que requiere de tiempo, compromiso y esfuerzo para aprender, lo que para la Fundaci\u00f3n Educativa Rochester <\/b>es una oportunidad para contribuir de forma estructurada al mejoramiento de la calidad de la educaci\u00f3n y acortar la brecha de inequidad.<\/p>\n
