Last week, Prekindergarten students had their first learning presentation. For this, children prepared themselves to overcome their fear of speaking in public and to be able to present to their parents and special guests what they learned during the first academic quarter.<\/p>\n
For this first presentation, children showed their skills in subjects such as Virtues, Castilian, Religion, Mathematics and English. In Virtues, they explained the level constitution, explaining to their guests what the agreements are and how they are applied during the classes. For Castilian, they showed their ability to link words with images, these were the animals\u2019 constitution pictures. Regarding Religion, they classified some actions according to two types of care (personal and environmental care) and how we can preserve the environment and people around us. In mathematics, they showed their ability to count from 1 to 5, make quantity-number relations, and follow patterns like AB, ABC and ABBA. In English, they explained, with different activities, the vocabulary learned in the first two units. At the end, they self-evaluated their learning process and thanked their parents for the support given.<\/p>\n
As preschool teachers and team, we are proud to see how our students have progressed these first two months and how they have strengthened their skills for the real world. We thank parents for their support and teamwork.<\/p>\n
