Students in Biology understood the importance of eating with an adequate amount of protein in their diet and how to complement it with exercise and strategies to have mental health.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Additionally, students in Biology cooked a protein meal for their families as a gift and shared quality family time together.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Finally, Chemistry and Biology students got together and exchanged their knowledge about proteins in that subject. Los estudiantes de Biolog\u00eda comprendieron la importancia de alimentarse con la cantidad adecuada de prote\u00ednas en su dieta y c\u00f3mo complementar esta dieta con ejercicio y estrategias para tener salud mental.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Adem\u00e1s, cocinaron una comida proteica para sus familias como regalo y pasaron un tiempo de calidad en familia.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Finalmente, estudiantes de Qu\u00edmica y Biolog\u00eda se reunieron e intercambiaron su conocimiento sobre prote\u00ednas desde cada disciplina.
